Olfactory examination: On the nose it offers a fragrant, vinous bouquet with pronounced notes of ripe plum, cherry, blackberry and subtle floral hints of viola, accompanied by a slight spicy note. Gustative examination: On the palate it is fresh, full and enveloping. The characteristic acidity of Barbera gives great drinkability and momentum, well balanced by a soft structure and a pleasant fruity persistence.
