2021 Domaine Yves Cuilleron. - Crozes-Hermitage - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Crozes-Hermitage from Yves Cuilleron 2021. An indispensable figure of the Rhône Valley, Yves Cuilleron is one of the most dynamic and respected winemakers of his generation. At the head of the family estate, he has managed to blend tradition and modernity to lift his wines to the top of the world hierarchy. His philosophy rests on minimal intervention to let the terroir express itself with strength and precision. Known for the exemplary regularity of his cuvées, he signs with Les Châssis a wine of restrained power. 100% Syrah This cuvée is produced from a blend of parcels in the Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux areas. The nose is powerful with lush red fruits. The palate is smooth, luscious, and well balanced. The fine tannins of this wine highlight the freshness and crunch of the fruit. This wine can be enjoyed both in its youth and fruit-forward expression and also for its secondary aromas after about 5 years. See my other listings on Catawiki.
