2021 Domaine Chapuis - Burgundy - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Domaine de CHAPUIS 2021 white. The vines are on the dominant Melin hillside, at various lieux-dits such as “Le Saussois”, “Nampoillon”, “Sous le Marsain” and “Ez Hoz”. The soil is Kimmeridgian limestone with presence of dolomites, at the bottom of the slopes, or white marls. The harvest is manual at 80% and mechanical at 20% (for the lower vines), with total destemming. The maceration lasts 14 to 18 days, with pigeage and/or remontage once a day.
