2021 Bolla - Amarone della Valpolicella - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

If you tilt the glass slightly, you can see a color transition to garnet red at the edges. If you give the glass air by swirling it, this red wine reveals a high density and fullness, which manifests itself in church windows at the edge of the glass. On the nose, this Bolla red wine shows all sorts of plums, morello cherries, plums and black cherries. As if that wasn't already impressive, other aromas such as oriental spices, vanilla and black tea are added. The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Bolla impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine of the upper segment, this Italian enchants with its balance, despite its dryness. An excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly silky and dense texture. On the finish, this mature red wine from the Veneto wine region delights with its remarkable length. Once again, notes of black cherry and plum appear.
