Château Lafleur du Roy 2019 – Pomerol AOP – Grand Cru de Bordeaux – 6 x 75 cl Capsules récoltant Originating from the prestigious Pomerol appellation, Château Lafleur du Roy is a red wine of exceptional elegance, aromatically rich and with great finesse. Born of a unique terroir composed of sandy-clay soils and “crasse de fer” (iron-rich clay), it expresses the nobility of the right bank of Bordeaux. Made mainly from Merlot (85%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), it offers a remarkable balance between roundness, structure and complexity. The Merlot provides a velvety, indulgent texture, while the Cabernets strengthen the aromatic finesse, the structure and the wine’s aging potential. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months The robe is deep, with garnet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, notably cassis, blackberry and black cherry, enriched with spicy, woody and slightly floral notes. On the palate, the attack is silky and ample, supported by melted tannins and a beautiful overall harmony. The finish is long and elegant, marked by a subtle mineral and woody touch. This wine charms with its balance between restrained power and elegance. Its aging potential of 15 to 20 years allows it to gradually develop more complexity and depth over time. A structured and characterful Pomerol for keeping. No shipments to IRELAND or NORWAY and outside EUROPE, as parcels are systematically blocked by customs.
