Château Élisée 2019 – Pomerol AOP – Red Bordeaux wine – 3 x 75 cl Bronze Medal, Mâcon Wine Competition Discover Château Élisée Pomerol, a red wine with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from one of the most prestigious terroirs in Bordeaux. Made mainly from 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet, it expresses the richness and elegance characteristic of great Pomerol wines. Its sandy terroir resting on a layer of iron-rich subsoil gives the wine finesse, depth and balance. It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, sauces, aged cheeses and gourmet meals. Blend: 95% Merlot – 5% Cabernet From the prestigious Bordeaux estate Typical Pomerol terroir (sandy soil with ferruginous subsoil) Aged and bottled at the estate Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Tasting notes: Deep robe with ruby reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe dark fruits, plum and cherry, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is round, generous and balanced, with silky tannins and a long finish.
