Sobrero, Barolo “Parussi” 2018 DESCRIPTION: Producer: Sobrero Wine: Barolo “Parussi” Vintage: 2018 Number of Bottles: 6 Size: 0,75L Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo Aging: Aged in large oak barrels (approximately 25 hl) for at least 24 months. Alc.: 15% Deep garnet red in color. Ethereal and enveloping, with intense, persistent notes of florals, sweet spices, sandalwood, and dried rose. Structured and powerful on the palate, featuring soft, elegant tannins; the finish is fresh yet savory. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using the submerged-cap method for approximately 50 days, involving both automatic and open-air pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by aging in large oak casks (approx. 25 hl) for at least 24 months. Bottled without filtration.
