2017 Herederos del Marqués de Riscal - 150 Aniversario...

This exceptional wine from Bodega Marqués de Riscal comes from old vines over 80 years old (mainly Tempranillo) and is produced only in great vintages. The 3-bottle gift box format highlights its very great aging potential. Cuvée characteristics This wine from the DOCa Rioja (predominantly Tempranillo) stands out with a very dark cherry color, a complex nose blending roasted, balsamic and spicy notes (black pepper, cinnamon), and a full-bodied palate with a high concentration of smooth tannins and a silky finish. The 3-bottle gift box format (often presented in a collector wooden case) is a superb option for aging or as a gift. - Parker Points: 93/100 - Fill level (neck) - Label condition (Excellent label) - Capsule condition (Excellent) - 750 ml - Bottled at the Estate - Ready to drink or age further - Shipping method: the Post Office (Colissimo, etc…) Notes: • Guia Vinos Gourmets: 99/100 • Guia de Vinos de ABC: 97/100 • Guia Peñín: 97/100 • Tim Atkin: 93/100 • Wine Enthusiast: 95/100 • Vinous: 93/100 • Vivino: Rated around 4.2/5 • Guia Vivir el Vino 2024: 98/100 • Guia ABC 2025: 97/100
