It is produced through a meticulous drying process on racks and low-temperature vinification, employing a technical approach that prioritizes balance and aromatic precision. Aging in large oak barrels contributes structure, depth, and well-integrated sweetness. It is an intense, persistent Passito, ideal for those who appreciate a distinct varietal character.
