Vintage 2006, 100% Syrah, offering today superb complexity and magnificent depth. On the nose: blackcurrant, dark fruits, spices, tapenade, flowers, camphor and delicate smoky notes. On the palate: concentrated yet elegant, with perfectly integrated tannins, a beautiful freshness and an interminable finish. Robert Parker: 96/100, praising its finesse, balance and extraordinary aging potential. Wine Spectator: 96/100, with notes of black cherry, leather, lilac, iron and dry sausage.
