Todas las subastas / Vehículos / 1975 – Sanglas 400E, Frame No. 14095 H…
No registration certificate; no roadworthiness test The ‘E’ essentially signifies the introduction of an electric starter. This is a significant development for Sanglas. It partly moves away from the very utilitarian image of the old Sanglas models intended for government use, adopting a more attractive and ‘civilian’ look, with more chrome, a distinctive fuel tank, attractive spoked wheels and more modern instrumentation. Sanglas was thus seeking to expand further into the international market and compete with European and Japanese mid-capacity motorbikes.
