Obv: head of Athena right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet decorated with a vine scroll, Pegasus above undecorated upturned cheek flap, protomes of four horses on visor. Rev: Α-ΘΕ ΔΩP OΘΕ-ΔIOΦ-ΔIONY (magistrates), owl standing facing on overturned amphora engraved with K (month), ΣΦ (= contractor's initials) below; forepart of lion right in right field, all within olive wreath. About Extremely Fine; traces of lustre with soft warm toning. Very Rare with this combination of magistrates and contractor's initials. Ex Nomos AG, Auction 32 (8/6/2024), lot 423. Reference: Cf.
