The Violinist by Ta Byrne Painting 19.6 x 27.5 :: I recently had a surprise visit from Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj of Selangor Malaysia and his entourage. I was both shocked and honoured. I was just told that a very important person who liked my work wanted to visit my studio. You can imagine my delight when HRH bought two of my paintings which he said would hang in his Royal Palace and asked me to sign a copy of my book Egg Island.
