The design is executed in an Art Deco revival style, featuring a woman in a red outfit with large black polka dots and a matching headwrap, standing on a cobblestone-patterned base. The reverse of the figure displays a large stylized pink flower and a black dripping glaze effect reminiscent of Clarice Cliff Bizarre pottery designs. The underside of the base features printed marks including the Kevin Francis crown logo, Established 1987, Charlie, Guild Piece 1998/1999, Modelled by John Michael to his own design, Hand Made & Hand Painted in Staffordshire England, and Produced by Peggy Davies Ceramics. Handwritten in black ink are the numbers 54 and 90, alongside a small pink artist mark. The figurine is finished with a high-gloss glaze.
